February 3, 2023, was a great day at our premises as we successfully hosted the campus recruitment process for five colleges. The day began with a pre-placement talk by our leadership team, which aimed to give the students an overview of our company, our culture, and the opportunities we offer. The talk was well received by the students and set the tone for the rest of the day.
After the pre-placement talk, the students were divided into groups and taken through a selection process that included written exams and interview rounds. Our panellists were expertly trained to assess the students' skills, knowledge, and potential. The written exams tested their problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and aptitude, while the interview rounds provided an opportunity for the students to showcase their communication skills, confidence, and personality.
The atmosphere throughout the day was positive and vibrant, and it was a pleasure to interact with the bright, young minds from various colleges. The students brought a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and a passion for learning that was contagious. It was also inspiring to see their enthusiasm and excitement about the possibility of joining our company.
At the end of the day, we were thrilled to see that the selection of new talent went smoothly. Our panellists worked diligently to evaluate the students and identify the best candidates for our company.
