Campus Recruitment at Office
On February 17, 2023, Our company organized a campus recruitment event at our office campus, which saw participation from students of three colleges. The recruitment process was conducted in three levels, with written exams taking place at the college premises as the first level. The second level of the process involved shortlisted candidates coming to our office campus for an interview. This level of the process was conducted by our expert panelists, who evaluated the candidates on a range of competencies. Finally, the third and final level saw the most promising candidates being invited for an advanced round of interviews, which were conducted by our senior leadership team.
The entire recruitment process was carefully designed to ensure a fair and transparent selection process that identified the most suitable candidates. We were pleased to see the level of enthusiasm and interest among the students, who actively participated in the recruitment process and demonstrated a strong desire to be a part of our organization.
